Addu’s pride, the White Tern’s population is predicted to decline to the point of extinction in the near future by experts. Crows have taken over the bird population here and are killing the White Terns by pushing the youngling’s off of trees. No Addu authorities have given the matter any importance and are not acting with urgency over the declining population of the White Terns in Addu. We all need to do our part in taking care of our delicate ecosystem.
